The goal of Provence Industry’Nov is to set up new industrial businesses in Provence at the Plug, Start & Share platforms in Etang de Berre.
The call for projects is open to proposals for production units, demonstrators and R&D pilot programs to be set up at a regional platform: PIICTO in Fos, TOTAL in La Mède or LYONDELL BASELL in Berre. This is a special real estate offer to encourage experimentation with new kinds of synergies to develop a greener industrial sector that is focused on environmentalism and energy efficiency.
PROVENCE: A MAGNET FOR INDUSTRY
The industrial ecosystem in Provence will facilitate the establishment of these new industrial or pre-industrial activities. They will advance the deployment of the existing industrial cluster (chemicals, energy, refining) and will help attract complementary skill sets in bio-industry, biofuels and bio-sourced materials, as well as industrial applications relating to energy transition.
